Project included the construction of a new Chapel and stair addition.  This was one of two projects in the last 9 years for Epiphany Lutheran Church.

 Previous work included the  construction of three additions totaling 11,500 square feet and renovation of  3,300 square feet of existing,  all while the Owner remained in operation.  The project was performed under a fast track scenario, with asbestos removal, demolition/shoring and initial site work being performed while the final construction documents and estimate was being developed.  All new work was completed on schedule, in 7 months, so that the Owner could relocate offices and utilize the buildings, while final demolition and site work was completed.  The total time for construction was 10 months.
