for a better General Contractor for the renovation of Richmond Hill than
Conquest, Moncure & Dunn.
Both the planning and execution of the project were excellent. The
construction superintendent is one of the finest builders I have ever
dealt with. From start to finish, the management and all of the staff
dealt with us promptly, competently and thoroughly.
This was a 30-month
complete renovation, which took place while Richmond Hill maintained a
residential community and public activity. Conquest, Moncure & Dunn and
its workers and subcontractors worked consistently and carefully with us
to make sure that our operation could continue throughout the entire
process.
The quality of the
workmanship is excellent, especially for such a large and detailed job.
The renovation required a high degree of attention to detail and changes
by both the contractor and subcontractors. Conquest, Moncure & Dunn
remained attentive to that detail throughout the entire project.
The result is an
excellent product, one which has been well received by virtually
everyone who has seen it, and one which performs its purpose better than

worked with several contractors and had the all too frequent
experience of unexpected cost and time overruns, difficulty in
getting warranty work performed, poor workmanship due to poor
supervision of subcontractors, etc.
We solicited Conquest to
bid a project for us. Although competitive, they were not the
lowest bidder. However, their bid was so much more thorough and
complete that we chose to give them the Contract. They completed
the work on time, within the original Contract price and with a
higher level of quality than we had ever experienced. That
