Hanover Tavern

A recently completed renovation is Hanover Tavern, a project in which Conquest, Moncure & Dunn, Inc., added onto the historic tavern, which was frequented by Patrick Henry and other founding fathers back in the 1700’s. The $3.1 million project was performed with minimum interruption to the existing facility.

Southern Stoveworks Lofts

$18 million dollar adaptive reuse project. The company is remaking the historic foundry, comprised of three massive brick buildings, into a complex of 190 apartments, complete with pool, tennis court, clubhouse and fitness center. The first building is expected to open in summer 2006.

American Civil War Center at
Historic Tredegar

$2.5 project tells the story of the Civil War from the perspective of confederate, union and African American participants. The Company’s portion of the project includes the construction of an entrance pavilion and a second floor in the original Foundry Building to support the museum’s theaters and exhibits. The construction is being performed as a design-build project, one of five full or partial design build projects the Company has under development at this time.
